Full Access Pass
Virtual Pass
Event Registration
The In-Person Full Access Pass is issued based on registration details at purchase. Attendees must present their digital ticket from OneTicket.lk at the entrance.
The Virtual Access Pass is issued based on registration details at purchase and provides access to the AI Expo & Conference 2025 livestream on 29–30 September.
Access Rights
This pass grants full in-person access to all sessions, exhibitions, and networking at the AI Expo & Conference 2025 (29–30 September, Monarch Imperial, Colombo). The organizer may restrict or revoke access if misused.
Login details will be sent to the registered email on 25 September 2025. The organizer may restrict or revoke access if the pass is misused.
Access Pass Usage
The pass must be worn visibly at all times and retained for both days to ensure uninterrupted access.
Attendees are responsible for their own internet, devices, and software. The organizer is not liable for technical issues on the attendee's side.
Health & Safety
Attendees must follow all venues, health, and security protocols. The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Content & Intellectual Property
All sessions and materials are the intellectual property of the organizers, speakers, or partners. Recording, photography, or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Amendments & Cancellations
The organizers may modify the schedule, speakers, venue, or virtual platforms, and may reschedule or cancel the event if necessary.
Refund Policy
Confirmed purchases are non-refundable.
